States of the table lamp icon

The card picks the state from your entity, so the icon always shows what the table lamp is doing.

light entities. The card reads the light entity's on state, and the glow follows brightness and color on dimmable lights.
Picked automatically when the entity or device name contains "lamp", "desk light", "bedside", "nightstand", on light, switch, input_boolean, binary_sensor or sensor entities.
Any entity that is simply on or off, such as a light, switch or input_boolean: on shows on, off shows off.
Works with any entity whose state you map: pick this icon in the card and map your entity's own state words to these states with the card's states: option.

Install the Animara card: one link install, HACS as a custom repository, or copy animara-card.js to /config/www.
Edit your dashboard, choose Add card, then Animara.
Pick your entity. Choose Table lamp in the Icon list if it is not detected automatically.
